One Cooperative Bank (hereafter refer to, "we", "us", "our", the "Bank" or "ONE CB") is committed to providing the highest level of security and privacy to our customers when collecting and using personal information. We will not access, use, or share any information about you from the Bank's Website except as described in this Privacy Policy. This page informs you of our policy regarding the collection, use, retention, and disclosure of Personal Information when you use the One CB website.
While using the ONE CB website, we may request you to supply us with certain personal identifiable information that can be used to verify your identity, login to the website, and authentication of transactions. ONE CB collects your personal information when you register, sign up for, or use our bank products and services, or communicate with us about them. The Bank's data retention and disposal policy complies with R.A. 9470 (National Archives of the Philippines Act), R.A. 10173 (Data Privacy Act), and BIR/BSP regulations. In general, the Bank shall only retain your data for ten (10) years after the processing relevant to the purpose has been terminated. However, the Bank may store your data when necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, for legitimate business purposes or as required by law.
After retention period has expired, we securely dispose of personal information to avoid further processing, unauthorized access, or disclosure to anyone else. Customer information is subject to data retention restrictions, as well as regulatory limitations.
When you consent to the processing of your personal information with us, you also agree to help us in complying with our statutory and contractual obligations with regulatory bodies and other financial institutions. We may also share your personal information with our partners, with your written and/or electronic consent, in order to provide you with value-added services in addition to your account with us. We are subjected to mandatory disclosures by the government entities and other regulatory authorities such as the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) under R.A. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001, as amended), the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, the Bureau of Internal Revenue, Credit Information Corporation, and Judicial and Investigative Authorities, as deemed necessary.
